What is the deadline for Chapter Ride orders?
The deadline for all bulk orders is February 28th. These orders will be produced at once to capitalize on pricing and shipping. Due to production, planning & packaging, any orders received after February 28th will be shipped separately via Purolator. **This deadline includes signage/banner requirements as they need to be shipped with your ride order**
How are orders placed after February 28th processed?
- Stocked Apparel & Hard Goods will ship within 24-48 hours
- Non-Stocked Apparel will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of the order
- Non-Stocked Hard Goods will be shipped within 5-15 business days of receipt of the order
- We only stock apparel with the Canada logo on the left chest
- Decals, magnets, and patches are stocked with the chapter logo
How is my Chapter order processed?
You log in with your assigned Chapter username and password. Select the products you wish to sell at your ride, you will insert your shipping address and instructions & once complete, an order acknowledgement with full details will be sent to you by email for your records.

I had last-minute riders join, and I need the product in a rush. What do I do?
Please place your order online and a follow up email MUST be sent to E-store Manager with your specific requirements. She will confirm your delivery date can be met and, if so, will ensure the order arrives with you in time for your event.
Are there any minimums for the lineup?
Yes, any apparel items with Chapter logos will have a minimum of 24 pieces. You can mix sizes & long sleeves with short sleeves, but the total must be 24 pieces.
Defective Merchandise
Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of invoicing. If product is damaged, broken or defective, please contact TEN THOUSAND FEET MARKETING by emailing rfdstore@10kfeet.ca
An RA number will be issued. Inadvertent shipping of the wrong size, colour or style will be accepted for exchange provided they have not been soiled, damaged or altered in any way.
Shortages
If a shipment appears damaged make a note on the transportation receipt "received in bad order" then if on opening the goods are damaged or missing please notify your courier. If a shipment appears to be in good order but some items are missing, please notify us within five(5) working days of receipt.
